Mubasher: Al Enmaa Real Estate has sold three investment properties at a combined value of KWD 4 million.

Al Enmaa will generate a net profit of KWD 6,000 from the sale, which will be realised in the firm’s financial statements for the third quarter of 2019, according to a recent statement to Boursa Kuwait.

In Q1-19, the Kuwait-based real estate developer reported a 482.8% year-on-year surge in profits, logging KWD 967,820, compared to KWD 166,070 ($547,190).
